Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Fixture

Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, installation guides, and decorative trim pieces are included.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized vanity items.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
